The Gram Republic was a state that ruled over most of Gramtir. It was founded in 3421AA when the Republic City-States of Eastern Gram allied to form what will become the Gram Republic.
History
Foundation (3421-3491)
After 3120, when the Republic of Emudor had been conquered by the Mulmac magocracy, the city elite was exiled in the Gram marshes. There their democratic values spread quickly between the Gram marsh clans. They began electing their Clan chief (Nireshu). The Emudor Exiles helped them organize and a council to oversee all the tribes was elected. This first Marsh Council organized an army and declared war to the Akretigram Kingdom stopping the conquest of their land. This helped them fend off the expansion of the Gram kingdoms.
